Sinan Arat & Eren Aksahin met in 2015 at the Codarts University of the Arts whilest their master studies. They soon realized their musical approaches, profiles were matching. Sinan studied Indian classical music with Hariprasad Chauraissia with the Ney (Ottoman reed flute). Eren studied with his Baglama and other plucked instruments Baglama & composition. Together they started to play and explore the possibilities of combining both of these very traditional instruments in a contemporary yet authentic way.
