Face to FAce | Angesicht zu angesicht
Cemal (turk.) Is used in poetry and folk literature & literally means beautiful face. But it isn’t used to describe the external facial characteristics, rather it is describing the inner beauty seen through the eyes of a dear friend, comrade or beloved one. When two Cemals confront each other, a deep conversation from soul to soul happens. The aim of “Cemal Cemale Concertseries” is to create a room for that conversation between two musicians.
